    Lusmagh Heritage Walk

    The Lusmagh Heritage Walk supports the development of natural infrastructure in the Parish of Lusmagh, which is bounded by three rivers, making it almost an island. The project preserves local heritage, as the ancient name "Lusmagh" means "Herb Plain."

    Edenderry Skatepark

    The Edenderry Community Skate Park is designed to cater for all levels of skating ability and ages. It incorporates features suitable for all wheeled sports, providing a safe, challenging place for users to improve their skills and enjoy physical activity.

    Birr Sensory Garden

    Established in 2007 by the Friends of Birr Nursing Unit, the Birr Sensory Garden is dedicated to enhancing the quality of care and comfort for residents of Birr Community Nursing Unit (BCNU) and people attending their day-care. The group provides funding for equipment, services, complementary therapies, and entertainment, supporting community wellbeing.

    Innocrafts Project

    The Innocrafts Project is an Innovative Programme which provides craft makers in both Ireland and Finland with opportunities to develop new techniques and skills. It was developed through a collaborative partnership between Offaly Local Development Company and Westmeath Community Development, along with Finnish Craft Producers.
