About the Programme

The Local Training Initiative (LTI) is a community-based programme designed specifically for individuals aged 18 to 34 who are currently facing economic, social, geographic, or educational disadvantage.

In partnership with the Laois & Offaly Education and Training Board (LOETB), our primary aim is to support unemployed individuals by offering training and work experience that leads to nationally recognised qualifications, meaningful employment, and educational pathway opportunities.
