Meet Dooley’s Wool, Create Green Champion of the Create Green Programme. Dooley’s Wool is a small family business run by Kevin and Noreen Dooley from the heart of County Offaly. Kevin grew up surrounded by sheep farming, wool, and the seasonal rhythm of rural Ireland. Together with Noreen, they helped shape the next chapter of the business, moving beyond exporting raw wool and beginning to create Irish wool bedding here at home. Together, the family continues to grow the company while staying true to its roots in Ballyduff and the farming communities around it. For Kevin and Noreen, this is about more than bedding. It is about supporting Irish farming, valuing natural materials, and creating products with honesty, traceability, and care at their heart.
