Meet Helen and the Bracken family, Create Green Champion’s of the Create Green Programme. The Bracken family’s passion for sustainable farming and natural food production led them to cultivate hemp seed — one of the most nutrient-dense and environmentally beneficial crops available today. Fox Covert Farm produces two carefully crafted hemp seed products — Hemp Hearts and Milled Hemp. These products are superfoods, rich in plant-based protein and omegas, with a soft texture and nutty flavour. Fox Covert Farm has won numerous awards for their hemp products. This project is funded by the LEADER Programme 2023-2027 through Offaly Local Development Company.
