Join us at our ‘Connecting for Wellbeing’ event on Wednesday 25 March, 11am to 1pm in the Charleville Community Centre to mark ‘Social Prescribing Day’.

Our Social Prescribing service helps to connect people with community activities, groups and supports and is for anyone aged 18 years and over who feels isolated, lonely, in need of some support to make social links or get more involved in their community.

The event aims to showcase groups, activities and supports in the community while also giving people an opportunity to try some activities. Chorus Connection Community Choir and Offaly Music Generation Ukulele Choir will provide some entertainment, while there will be opportunities to take part in some gentle exercise, some art and creativity sessions, or try your hand at some ukulele playing.

Everyone is welcome to attend and light refreshments will be available.
