Come along and craft a zine (a small, handmade magazine) about the changes you see in your local environment. Climate change and biodiversity loss can seem like complex and abstract ideas, but we see them around us every day. In this workshop, we invite you to reflect on what you see in your area through a practical crafting activity. You’ll come away with your own zine at the end and your participation will help researchers to understand how people living in Offaly think and feel about their changing natural world.

This workshop is intended for adults only, all welcome and no experience needed. Participants will be provided with compensation for their time in the form of a voucher.

The workshops form part of a research project entitled Understanding Public Perceptions of Climate Change, Biodiversity Loss, and Water Quality, funded by the Co-Centre for Climate + Biodiversity + Water, and based at Dublin City University.
